Southwest Film Productions' new award program, CUE HORSES, celebrates writing talent. Throughout the year SWFP randomly selects screenplays it thinks are complete, ready for production, and deserve the attention of producers, investors, and studios. The 2019 one act stage play competition that launched my writing career. “Bridge” was chosen as one of eight national finalists, and while it was not declared WINNER, its being recognized confirmed my gut feeling the play had potential and I had some writing talent.
